SAT - WED - FRI - 20:00 to 03:00 replacement working hours

What do I need to get a replacement?

  • It is obligatory to have a video, according to clause 1.3 of the Agreement. The replacement of goods without video recording is not carried out.
  • IMPORTANT! The video must be recorded from the beginning of payment to the end of the checkout.
  • Full screen, including visibility of the "Date" and Start menu.
  • The cursor must be visible.
    No pauses, delays, freeze frames or other editing shenanigans.
  • The video must be recorded from the time the item is paid for to the time the data is verified.
  • The video is the only proof you have that the data at the time of purchase that the data was actually inoperable at the time of purchase.

How to apply for a replacement account

1. Go to the email you entered when you purchased the item
